No sorry I've not been but what a great idea, have you got the dates for it?

A few of us from my work like to find a Christmas market or two on a Sunday and have a day out rather than a boozy evening *do* We don't mind travelling and are looking at maybe a day out to Skipton (North Yorkshire) this year. Their Christmas market is on Sunday 6 & Sunday 13 December 2009

Hi Anna

The dates are between 26 November - 6 December

That should give you some more information on it :tup

These markets simply tour the UK. In summer they are the continental type, in winter the Christmas version.

We've been in Toulouse at Christmas and the stalls were exactly the same as the ones in Leeds a few weeks before. Lots of stalls, but lots of them sell similar products, most of which are made in China.

Go for the day out, rather than the market.
