I didn't have my licence with me.
I usually carry it under the saddle but I had been having petrol stolen so I thought I wouldn't leave it there in case it got nicked too. Mr Plod didn't seem at all interest in the petrol hustlers!
No he wouldn't Roma, in fact if he caught them red handed he would simply extract an "on the spot cash fine" before letting them go, however............according to the Goa Pleece's own web-site, the penalty for your heinous crime is rs500, official, so an appropriate "on the spo.......etc, etc" would be maximum rs250.
