we are in the Confortel in Los Boliches and it is a very good hotel. there are only about a dozen people in the whole place!! Small variety of food but what there is is good quality and well set out.
free internet in the foyer. It is cold and cloudy and it is forecast to stay like that for at least another week.
We're up to our knees in snow here, so enjoy! And if you get tired of the hotel food, there's a lovely Chinese, tasty food, reasonably priced and very nice people, to the left of your hotel, just around the corner, in that square with the big pillar. And down the wee narrow street, towards Fuengi, from there, our favouruite Los Boliches restaurant, El Bravo. Pubs around there very much of a muchness, best in our opinion, being the Red Dragon on the front at Torreblanca. You'll pass a very classy restaurant on the way, Gavia, (a type of sail) and worth pushing the boat out for, if open.
if you like tapas style food then Matahambre across the square from the hotel is worth a visit. Has a modern twist on traditional Spanish dishes and a good selection of asian food too.
Another one we use quite a lot, further up the front towards Torreblanca, is a very tasty Italian... Paganini's... swordfish especially good.
