If you go to the Outback definitely ask for a Blooming Onion. I don't like onions particularly, but these are good. A large onion is cut into a flower shape (like a chrysanthemum I think) dipped in batter and deep fried then when it's served you tear off the 'petals' and dip them in their sauce. mmmmm
Be sure and eat breakfast at a Crackerbarrel restaurant if you see one.

You are also close to City Walk in Universal which have a good selection of restaurants - Jimmy Buffetts Margaritaville do good food and have nightly entertainment, the NBA restaurance is pretty good food too. It's definitely a good evening out with cinema, shops, bars and clubs also.

Sand Lake Road (quite close to Universal and just down Turkey Lake Road to the junction with Sand Lake Rd.) is known as "restaurant row' in Orlando. Seasons 52 and Big Fin are two very good restaurants you cannot go wrong with.

If you like Japanese, Amura Restaurant is very good.
