That report is a year old, dated 30th January 2009

there is a new alert on msn issued today for all of India.
No doubt security in Dabolim will be even stricter which is not a bad thing.

noticed it on MSN this morning but couldn't put link to it, so just googled and found that story, never bothered to check date.
However, unless MSN has got it wrong there is a new threat.
