I didn't really want to go into the details on HT but as you have both confirmed my fears, guess its now all out in the open.
Such a shame, I was hoping his spell in hospital might have shaken him up enough to kick his addiction - apparently not. Very sad news indeed.

Is Frank's Place still going? We went there a couple of years ago when it first opened and he showed us the rooms but we were the only ones in the bar that evening.

We don't spend much time in Baga these days as we are based in Candolim but we usually visit the Big Banana at least once a season for old time's sake as it was our shack on our first time to Goa. I'm sorry to hear about Francis.

Yes, Franks place is still going, was there a few times last November. You would never find it if you didn't know where to look though would you I really like it there and the majority of the meals we have had were very good too.
