why not try the Leela Palace for a special night, we are celebrating 2 birthdays and anniversary at the end of the month when we go and we will be going there!!

We went to a great place THE RIVER VIEW just outside Cavellosim about 100rupes by taxi
it was great, good food ,singer with a band,and the setting over looking the river with all
fairy lights in the tree,s was spectacular

You were right the first time Ann, the Riverview It is a lovely place for a meal, if you want to sit on the pontoon on the river you will have to book though, best to do this a couple of days in advance

If you had to go by taxi from Cavelossim then it would have to be the new River Cove which is out of the village heading towards the ferry, they used to run the River View which is in the village and a short walk from anywhere in Cavelossim.

Joes River Cove, definitely. Joe is the guy who used to run the River View - by all accounts it isn't as nice there now since Joe hasnt been running it. The entertainment he has at The River Cove is the best in Cavelossim.
