Hello peeps. Always read the forums,but never felt the need to join. we are traveling to Cavelossim in 3 weeks and was wondering what there is to do there? we are 3 adults and 3 children (well teenagers) My hubby and his brother only agree to Goa because off the cheap alcohol,i am happy with the sun and a couple off books.What are the shacks\bars like compared to Baga and calangute to which we have enjoyed many visits?

There are quite a few shacks on Cavelossim beach ,one is owned by Mike of Mike,s Place
and seems popular,not sure of the names of the other,s sorry,but one is owned by The
Golden Eye where the food is good,one of the best eating places in the evening is
The Goan Village great meals in a lovely setting,also The River Cove a short taxi ride away
looking out over the river.
Margoa is worth a visit lots of market stalls and shops, The Big G is a big department store with
good quality clothes and goods and a snack bar. You can go by the local bus
where are you staying?
