I would willingly post you mine shirley . You can have it or it would only sit in my drawer . unfortunately it's a large though .
Trilby again for me..from primark ofcourse, great for wearing when out sightseeing cos I always get my scalp sunburnt..
Just have to keep reminding hubby that all photo's MUST be taken in soft light !!
and from the right angle - in my case, preferably from behind . Just read that back & I' not totally sure I've got a right angle
Straw type trilby for me , two tips if you decide to ware one, you are usualy loaded and holding a coat so you put it on your head , take it off as you aproach customs or you will get pulled over every time .if you have to go down steps to get off the plane hold it , if the wind catches it they have along way to roll across an airport.
must admit, I keep wearing mine round the house, getting quite attached to it now, next problem is, do I pack it with loads of knickers around it or just carry it with me ?
If you decide to pack it, I think I'd be tempted to use those knickers to stuff it, so that it keeps it's shape. If it suits your outfit though, I think I'd probably wear it.
I've got a straw hat which I bought in my local market. I stuff the crown with undies then put it in the bottom of the case brim down and pack round it. As it's got a band of holes I use large hair grips to keep it in place and it can survive a gale! I used to have a cotton bushman's hat which I got from Australia but it seems to have gone missing.
Unless it somewhere relativly posh then my well worn Charlestown Chiefs cap does for me.
