Hi i'm thinking of visiting Albuferia for 2 weeks in Aug 2010. We are thinking of staying in Villa Petra, which is just off the strip in the below the Montechoro area. Will all the road works etc which are ongoing affect the area around Villa Petra? Also have the roadworks in the old town been completed or is it still like a buliding site, and will it be back to normal by August 2010?
