I've found several villas to accomodate myself and some friends for the last week of June, in Bulgaria but just when I thought we were about ready to get the funds arranged, I realise that Bulgaria is tough as hell to get flights to. I need to get to Bourgas airport from Newcastle, UK if possible, but I can only find one airline that will take us there, for £310 (maybe extra fees on top! and other airports are just as scarce and pricey). At that price, the savings we'd make on accomodation are cut dramatically. I see flights to resorts in Spain available for under £100 so I think I may have to find a new location for our holiday. That is unless Bulgaria is so cheap with living costs that it will still equate to a pretty cheap holiday compared with most other places.

We're all pretty skint (students etc) so we need a resort that has cheap living costs, as well as cheap flights if such a place exists. We're pretty set on getting a Villa because of the unique experience it will give us all, but if there are other options that are so good that we can't pass them up, i'd consider it (cheap all inclusive holiday wouldn't be bad). We're all young and adventureous so somewhere with a little sparkle in terms of activities available within the local area would be good. Sunny Beach in Bulgaria was looking perfect until I was hit with these flight prices
