I have heard that Charlie and John have closed the restaurant down and moved on. Charlie is over in Turgutreis and John is still around Bitez. Can anyone confirm this?

Yes I can confirm it.

Cansel (John) will be working next door at The Sultan for Ibo (one of our favourite resturants on the front). Charlie is working at a Hotel in Ortakent, we heard that guys from Gumbet are running Ali and Gudreds place this year. Also the Ambrosia is being rented by guys that own a bar in Gumbet, so they will give the Manuela a run for their money. I hope the music isnt too loud, as we can hear 'Cuban night' as clear as anything from our garden!

Oktay is busy at the moment building a new restaurant at the Hotel.

Did you know a new Indian resturant had opened on the backroad?

We fly out early Wednesday morning, so will report more when we get back!
