Depends on where your friends were. We didnt have rain at all where we live in Kalithies. Yet down in Lardos there was a thunder storm.

Lets just hope strikes, ash clouds, etc are all clear for us next week! Feeling a bit better about going now as Mum's doctor has said she can holiday here and my Dad's booked a lovely looking accommodation overlooking the river in Christchurch. Shame she can't make it to Rhodes for her birthday but we're going to do all the things we planned either Sept or next year.
