You will find a few sites in Norfolk that fit the bill but just how much do you want to budget for ???
There are quite a few Caravan Club sites BUT these do not have kids play areas or night time entertainment but are great bases to get out into town there's one in Yarmouth / Lowestoft / Oulton Broads /Broadlands (also Wild Duck not sure who owns this)
Although we are investigating Haven sites this year personally I hate them (and that ***** Bradley Bear)
