Most boat trips that I've been on have a freshwater shower on the rear of the boat to get the salt off or one in the toilet / changing area. Not all, but most of the larger ones do. I can't help with regards to showers on Marmaris beach as I'm an Icmeler man, but I would imagine there are. They're dotted about the beach in Icmeler.

Marmaris beaches have showers dotted around as well, and I agree there is nothing yukkier than having to leave a beach covered in seawater.
Thanks again.
