Hello, cannot help with the milk, but there are lots of pasta and pizza places all over Malta and if like my Daughter you eat fish then there are plenty of restaurants that do fish.

There's a supermarket in Bugibba / Qawra called Trollees and it's one of the subsidiaries of Carrefour.

It's on the road going up from Tourist Street towards the Mavina Apartments and I think it's the Europa Club hotel/apartments that are on the top corner. Located near to Tourist Street end on the right as you walk uphill. You go down a few steps to get into the supermarket.

I live in Cyprus and our local Carrefour supermarkets all stock soya milk so would think you should be able to get it in Trollees.

All depends on where you are staying though?

You would be allowed to pack it in your hold luggage but not in your hand luggage that you carry on board..

If in doubt, I'd stick it in my hold luggage too but if you're in Valetta you could easily nip over to Sliema for shopping. There's a big supermarket on the left side of the main street. The street runs up almost immediately behind the bus station, I don't think you could miss it.
