We arrived at the Thomson customer services desk a little flustered, dreading the thought that we may not be able to go on our holiday of a lifetime to Florida. They simply turned us away refusing to help. Frantically we returned to check in only to be told to try to complete the forms on-line at the airport.
We went onto the wrong site and ended up paying £75.00 for forms which didnt exist, scammed and still not able to travel.
Thomson customer services again, when we returned to them, refused to help. They said that we should have completed these forms at home. Well we didn't, and couldn't change that - what we did want was some help from them. To be turned away from the airline who we have paid thousands of pounds to was just heartbreaking.
We returned to the check in area again, the flight supervisor, who works for Birmingham airport took us to an internet cafe and the guy there did the forms for us free of charge and we checked in with only minutes to spare. We have had our holiday and are so grateful for the help of the staff at Birmingham airport - but appalled by the lack of help from Thomson - I would not recommend Thomson airlines to ANYONE
