I joined January 2006, and suprosed to see I only have less than 400 posts, thought I'd been busier! First post was about some building work at the Holiday Inn Goa.

I joined on 1st January 2006, and made my first post then. It was about the smoking ban being implemented in Spain.

I joined 26th March 2006, first post was regarding Primavera Dos in Benidorm which I finished with a question about the Flamingo Oasis and Sue Allen replied.

I joined in August 2008 and my first post was September 2008. Recommending an AI hotel in Cyprus to someone.

I joined in 2008 and I started posting on the Turkey forum, I starting posting as I missed the time I spent living in Turkey and just wanted to chat about it. I still go on the Turkey forum all the time

It was a pm reminding me that yesterday the 7th October 2004, was the day I joined HT.
I found this site whilst looking for info to sue the pants off a TO over cockroaches....and 6 years later, I still have a little phobia about the horrible critters.
I guess I've had a lot to say in 6 years...where the eck have those years gone.?

My first post was asking about the Hotel Flamingo Oasis in Benidorm back in 2006. Its not showing up now but I remember. I got a reply from one member who was also going there the same time as me and we arranged to meet up at the hotel through HT. Since then we have remained very close friends and I have been on another 5 holidays with them!

Joined in June 2005, first entry as a response to a post about reps (or rather lack of them) at hotels...
