Hi dave n anita, Can pastilla was quiet last year when we were there the entertainment was mostly hotel based but nearer the bay area a few english bars were busier. The best restaurant is in the small bay, sorry I can't remember the name it is beside the rear gateway of the Alexandra hotel (where we stayed) Of course Palma is only a short bus ride away. With it being Easter you might catch a parade or fiesta.

hi calabonagirl, thanks for your reply. it seems we will be heading towards the bay area for our entertainment, we are all looking forward to the short break. do you think it was quiet because of the erupting mountain? our flight to palma was cancilled last year so we missed out .
