Hi , i've just booked a holiday online with first choice and have recieved an email confirmation with reference number , from reading the email i assume that's it , as in the email it has a part that says "what happens next" and they say that tickets will be despatched 2 to 3 weeks before departure, it gives a list of phone numbers if you need to contact them or you can go into "manage my booking" and quote the reference number to view all details, hope this helps.

I've only had an e mail confirmation, and we booked online around 6 months ago.
