We are in Vietnam at the moment and used the company I recommended in my previous post. We got the confirmation letter back in 3 days to which we attached photos and presented them at the desk at HCM (Saigon) Airport along with the $'s and we were away in about 10 minutes. Very easy.

This was all done via the internet - the letters were sent to us in an email and we just printed them off.
