there do last for 24hrs when they have them strikes that is.

the *planned* strikes involving aena (spanish airport authority) across spain are 20,21,24,25 & 30 April, 2nd,14,15,19 & 20 May, 13,23 & 30 June, 1st-4th, 15 & 31 July, 1, 15 & 31 August.

note these are *planned* strikes depending the outcome of negotiations

thanks goodness talks seem to be going the right way although nothing's definite yet.
The outcome is expected towards the end of next week

I'm still not counting my chickens although it does look hopeful. It's stressed that the agreement reached is still just a pre-agreement which will have to be confirmed by the workers in a ballot.

Not sure where you got this from Peter but according to various Spanish news agencies the results are not expected until Friday.

The strikes were officially called off at 21.50 UK time, with the official announcement at 22.10. :tup
The agreement came into effect this morning and is valid until midnight 31 December 2018.
Great news for us holiday makers to Spain. :tup :cheers
