I pay extra to make sure I get enough luggage allowance

i must say though looking in boots may treat myself to some soap and glory mini products which ive never used before. Also got myself a locitanne ste with loads of mini products.

I am leaving tomorrow for a budget cruise, and not being sure what is available on board, I packed my toilet bag with full sized products. Have just weighed it and it is 2.5kg!!! Out it has come, a bar of soap substituted for the shower gel, and all the rest for mini products. The only full size products in there now are the suntan lotion and the mozzie spray, and it still weighs 1kg.

The trouble I find with the mini products (or the bottles they are decanted into) is that I have arthritis in my hands and cannot squeeze the bottles easily.

I buy sun protection in mini bottles mostly as I want it when we just get there and I keep forgetting there are boots etc airside.

Waitrose Organic Glycerine bar of soap as good as any shower gel (£2.03). I've also bought bars of shampoo and conditioner from Lush. They also do a deoderant bar which I have a sample of to try but you can get Crystal rock deoderant (not from Lush)..travel size for £1.81.
