Ive just come back from Tunisia and got it at a great price from Thomson.
If you check prices about 3-4 weeks before your departure date I am sure you will find something within your budget.
It is also cheaper than Turkey and its only a 3 hour flight.
Look out for deals for the Riu chain of hotels as these are very good quality.
