you can do paragliding in olu deniz off mt babadag or there is white water rafting but you will have to check local tour operators for these
Just to add to this does anyone know if paragliding, bungee jumping or sky dives are available in Marmaris?

None of those activities are available in Marmaris. European SeaSports are your best bet for a selection of more adventerous activities in the area such as kayaking and diving, but don't offer any of those mentioned.
