Just a word of warning folks make sure that you contact the call centres or get an online quote before you part with your hard earned cash .

Thomas cook had the following holiday, but if you book it through the holiday club "Works benifit discount" there are big savings to be made, and if your are booking a family of 4, you could get an extra £500 of the holiday
The discount can be applied through a work place, or even if your a member of a football club

Thomsons dont have all of there brochures out for 2012, I have been told these will appear next week
Joeseptuk, those Thomas cook holiday club prices look very good. I went right through a booking process to see how far it would let me go before asking me for the name of my 'club' but it didn't ask anything. I think anyone could book at those prices

Hi shirley, Im not sure how the thomas cook holiday club works, maybe david ht mod could tell us, but I think anyone might be able to book through tc holiday club
But Im waiting for lido di jeselo to be loaded on to the tc holiday club, only resorts they have up right now are, naples, and verona

My usual hotel in Ibiza through Thomson has gone up at least 50% for 2012!!! Needless to say, we shan't be booking yet as in my experience, the prices will go down again at some point. I think this is because it will be part of Thomsons new Couples brand. In the shop they told me that that didn't mean the price would go up but sceptical ole me has been proved right!!
It totally depends on what you want but I have found that although the prices can go down the top hotels either end up sold out are at prices beyond our reach about a week after they go on sale.
I have been checking thomas cook online for holidays to lido di jeselo, and still there nothing online, same thing happened a few year back with cattolica, and the problem, they hadnt agreed contracts with the hotels

Just booked Marina Torrenova in Palma Nova for 2 weeks AI from Cardiff on 24th July 2012, 2 adults , 2 children for £2450 which I think is a great price for School Hols. 1 free child place & £200 discount included - thanks Thomas Cook - happy with that price!!

Snap Fitzmum that's where we are going, we fly on 31st July from Newcastle £2613.00 same party size and holiday duration, daytime flights and extra luggage allowance. Very, very happy with the price

Oh and I checked the price again this morning and the free child place has now gone! £500 more expensive! So glad I booked now!
Compare prices between T.Cook and their sister company Direct Holidays - the same holiday was £50 cheaper with Direct.

South Africa in February 2012. It won't be summer here, probably still cold and snowy but it will be in the Southern hemisphere. I'm just about to book the flights.
