thomas cook have moved my holiday by 3 days earlier but this is not the first time times have been changed.firstly they moved flights on us, same day but 10hrs later.i explained this was no use to me ar the return flights where a day late and i had to be in work that day.they offered another flight but told us we would have to pay a fee to swap to that one.we had no choice and paid the £120 pounds
now they have told us that flight is cancelled and the holiday would have to be 3 days earlier.they have offered us some compensation of about £200 as per their policy but my wife will lose a days wages as will my son because of the date change also if I paid for the other flight should I get that money back too, plus the hassle of changing my minibus and insurance.Any ideas guys or is what they are offering fair or are they in breach of contract ?

Please let us know how you get on, & good luck.
They should have advised you of this option, as well as offering alternatives. Just tell them that is what you want to do. Their terms and conditions are quite clear and you should have no problem getting your refund. Whether they will pay any compensation as well, depends on how much notice they have given you of this significant change.
ok i still want to go on the holiday, my beef is all the hassle they have caused and loss of wages,do i still get full compensation for this or just what they offer, thank you guys
I don't know how many of you are travelling or when you are going but £200 sounds fair. The max they normally pay is £40 pp and that is if you get 14 days notice or less. Have a look at the back of the brochure and it is all detailed there.
