went for a easter 3 day break in one of there so called platium caravans, they say youu get that "WOW FACTOR" yes i surly did WOW IVE BEEN RIPPED OFF, £409 for 3 nights in hell, ok before people jump in, yes i did complain the 1st night and nothing was done, yes and the 2nd night and nothing was done, it wasn't untill my last nights stay someone made a slight effort. if it wasn't for the time i travelled with my two disabled girls and the added expence i would off gone home the first night. i booked with haven but they gave me a private owners van and not there own, big mistake, nothing was checked, it was mucky and smelly, rippped furniture, the list is so long it would take me ages to list on here, haven first offerd me 60 pound, i said no striaght away, then they said they have broke the cost down to what the carvan would have cost exluding the entertainment and facilities that come to £136 for the 3 nights, so beware what your paying, so just to sit in there grotty club house use the other facilites is costing £90 a day!!!!!
