Am I right in saying this then..........all the hotels in Protaras whose pool/garden areas joined onto the beach have now been seperated from it by the extension of the pathway along to Pernera???

Got back last week from our holiday in Nissi Bay and visited Protaras for the day, the beach works aren't pretty but you can still access the beach direct from most of the beachfront hotels. We usually stay at the Sunrise Beach and went to visit friends there. Just before the Capo Bay there is a mesh barrier to stop you walking any further because thats where they have got up to with the decking but we saw people ducking round it so we followed them and you can then walk along the beachfront although its not finished. We stopped at the sunrise beach so i'm not sure about the hotels further up towards Pernera. Although it looks a mess now it will look really nice once they have finished. I'm also glad we chose to stay somewhere else as the right hand side garden of the sunrise beach where we normally sunbathe looks to have been reduced for whatever building work is happening next to the hotel although the grounds are still big I wouldn't have wanted to be next to cranes and rubble.Does anyone know if it will be completed for next year?
