Here is a copy and paste of Van's (HT Site owner) post about Simpson Millar:
Following the retirement of Ros Fernihough we have chosen a new firm of solicitors to assist HT members and guests.
Ros pointed us towards this firm and we have had lengthy and indepth discussions to ensure they can provide the best services for HT members and guests.
We therefore recommend you contact Simpson Millar Solicitors on 0808 145 1358 or visit their site for all their details:

Well AP1408 i am amazed that you think it is fine to eat pizza that is burnt jet black, drink coffee from a dirty cup. and the ice cream containers are disgusting and filthy. And yes looking at poor hygiene in a food area does turn my stomach before i even put spoon to mouth.
my main reason for not wanting to go is it's entirely not in the right area i dont want to be on the main strip across from kuban hotel/disco on main road with all traffic andso far from the beach but mainly dont want the hustle and bustle and noise we eat out anyway and only really went AI for free aircon , sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool as when we added everything up it worked out the same and we were getting free soft drinks by the pool all day also where we know there are some lovely cheap bars and restuarants its just not suitable for our needs my friends are in their late 60's i'm in my 50's if i were younger i probably wouldnt mind the location was my main objection the rest came later

Cannot see any of the above in the pictures so don't see how you can say that.
No burnt pizza, no dirty cup,no disgusting ice cream containers anywhere that i can see.
Maybe its not the same place.

Going back to the original complaint. I suspect there will be a rush to move people to hotels with legal pools so the short deadline to make a decision might be down to the fact that the replacement room could only be held that long. But the resort is likely to have thousands of unhappy holidaymakers which may affect the atmosphere which is more reason for not going. You can see why Balkan don't want to offer cancellation, there must be a huge part of their business affected.
AP1408 yes we have our wires crossed, i was looking at potos of Sun Palace Sunny Beach Bulgaria. Take a peek at those.
Wouldnt stay there if they paid me.
Hi, think thats disgusting!!!
