hi .....we post so much negative stuff on HT about holiday firms....tell how hard it was to deal with them when there is a problem....so I thought I would post this
Over the years I have had many holidays with Siesta....by coach mostly ...but also DIY and used a flight instead.
Over the years because of booking sometimes 12mnths before we have had problems by the time our holidays were due....
I have found if there is a problem once I put it in the hands of the Siesta staff it just goes away....the girls are absolutely brilliant...." its no problem " they say ....and they are telling the truth...it really isnt..
Well they have done it again this year....had to change a name only a few weeks before we go....yes there was a charge....but the girls cant do anything about that....and yes its thier job to do it..
But when the tickets have been issued and are in the post bag....its not thier job to chase after them ...retrieve them....change the details ....then re-issue them and get them straight back in the post....
But this is what she did....and with a cheerie voice said "NO PROBLEM".
so I would like to say ....tweeie
