Dont think you can as it a Charter company contracted to various TO's. You have a choice of Monarch, Thomas Cook, Thomsons, Jet2 and Easyjet.

Thomas Cook took some allocation this year on the Onur Air flights when Holidays4U went bust but not sure if they will use them next year.

Olympic Holidays normally use Pegasus for their turkey routes, they do out of gatwick but not sure about manchester. maybe worth a try.

Have just checked olympic and they are using Pegasus on a monday to dalaman from manchester although prices are quite high.

Avro - part of monarch also have some good fares but need full payment when making a direct booking i believe.
