So sorry to hear about that! Went for the 1st time last year on Mike Richardsons recommendation to see "our Fred"! Had a fabulous night!! Same as went to a Pub in the UK for the 1st time, and they had a disco. (You can tell how long it's been, A Disco!!) Had a fabulous night there, went past the next morning, fire engines galore!! The place had burnt down in the same night!!
Don't anyone recommend anywhere to me!!

just got home and i can tell you for a fact the phoenix bar is really missed
nearly everyone who we met who are regulars are relly missing the kareoke and sunday lunches
there is no bar there now at all and we liked the little watering hole
