Im sorry i dont know much about these bungalows. However I have been to los pocillos,/matagora 3 times, and we love it, nice and peaceful, with a strip of bars/restaurants etc- with matagora commercial centre within walking distance (Can recommend the chinese overlooking the sea! gorgeous!)- with puerto del carman( If you wanted lively being a 20-30 mins walk away- or 4e in a taxi).

We go middle of march- and weather always been hot- always come home with a tan- so if you are looking at May- then no problems weather wise!). Like you we have a cheapy holiday to Lanzarote- with our main holiday being June/July- (That way always have a nice tan base!!).

We are going again this march staying at the sol lanzarote (Just over £300 each half board). If you have seen a cheap deal for don paco castilla, or floresta apartments- I can recommend these- cheap and cheerful,and clean- not the ritz- but you wont be paying top dollar either!!! At the other end of the scale if you went and enjoyed- and were looking to choose this area for your main holiday- and wanted to pay more, for luxury- then los jamos playa would be the ideal choice. The best hotel in Los pocillos.
