That website's domain registration shows it to be a trading name of Maxiworld Ltd. http://whois.domaintools.com/airtravelcorp.co.uk

Maxiworld Ltd seem to be a holding company, they also trade as Magical India, Travel Abu Dhabi, Travel Madeira and Dream Beaches (and possibly more).

A director (and company secretary) of Maxiworld was also a director of Independent Air Travel Limited. http://companycheck.co.uk/company/03386556 (scroll down and click his name)

That company which also had a list of trading names below it and went bust in 2009 leaving ABTA to get customers home. http://www.abta.com/resources/news/view/216

I will do some more research on this, but initial thoughts make me want to hold off for now.
