I am just wondering when is the cheapest time to fly or is there no cheapest time you just have to catch a good deal? I know that places like Cyprus, Greece, Spain etc would be cheaper to fly out of season but what about those places that doesn't really have "seasons". I am looking for a flight to Texas, US for my daughter but whatever time of year it looks really expensive

For flights to the US November-March has usually been the cheapest time I've seen.
Also try indirect routings with alternative airlines, such as KLM via Amsterdam or Iberia via Madrid. Obviously I haven't checked if the above airlines fly to Texas, however it gives you some idea of where to start. The initial airlines such as AA/BA. Out of London will be the most expensive.
Between them, Air France/KLM/Delta to Texas should be a possibility.
