30's couple-good choice to go to tsilvili zante maris hotel?

Hi,

Not been to Greece before - looking at possibly 2 weeks in Zante Maris hotel, Tsilvili, Zante in July 2012 (in school hols as my husband is a teacher) and just wondered if anyone had any comments/advice before I book it?

Or is there anywhere else you would suggest either on the island or another that may suit us better?

Zante is fab no experience of the hotel though, but you have chosen a great island!

Tsilivi is lovely, plenty of bars, tavernas, can't speak for the hotel but it does look the bizz. Go, you'll enjoy it, lovely island for all ages. ;)

Lovely island locals nice people, not much traditional character due to the big shake in 1953 most of the island was re-built, some nice historic sites, don't know the maris personally but it has a fairly good reputation and is a typical Greek 4 star
