Unfortunately we've had to cancel our trip this April. My dad was taken seriously ill and passed away on Wednesday.
All being well we'll be back again next year to catch up with our HT and Goan friends.

I know how you feel. Mum died 30th January twelve hours before we were due to fly out. After a lot of soul searching and discussion with the insurance(only me covered) I was persuaded to go by the family and delay funeral etc. Mum wouldn't of had it any other way but it was quite surreal being away so soon after losing her. Kept up the holiday mood for the kids sake but it was still hard. We did have a good time but must admit I did have some low days.
That is so sad Gail, I am really sorry to hear this. May your Dad RIP.

I will miss him enormously but I know he wouldn't want me to be sad.
