Does anyone know the transfer time from Dalaman airport to the cruise terminal and if the transfer is direct without luggage collection and customs as in the Caribbean.

Do you Know which terminal you are sailing from?
If it is Marmaris - then the journey time is approximately 1.75 hours (which includes the obligatory "Drivers Rest" stop.
I've not travelled from Dalaman to any other ports so can't answer for them.
