I booked a holiday to turkey with "on the beach" May of this year,it would have been 300£ cheaper if i had gone with Thomas Cook, ther just seemed to be bits and bobs added here and there that made it an expensive do.. I also prebooked and paid for transfers from the airport, taxi was there on arrival BUT the return was a nightmare. The paperwork said to phone ono of three numbers to confirm a pick up time the day before departure, i tried for two days and no one ever answered the phone, i also tried their emergency number someone did answer and gave me another number to ring, no one answered tht either. The flight was at 5pm, we waited outside the hotel from 12noon, at 2.30 we got a taxi which cost us £50 and just made check in time. I have sent them a letter, e mailed and tried to phone on the beach company since i got home, it is just impossible to speak to anyone, i think their customer care is shocking. Apart from the transfers when i printed off the hotel voucher it was the wrong hotel and to get help you have to speak to "andrea" the online assistant and this service is totally useless. I contacted trading standards who sorted this out for me and at least we got the right hotel. This whole thing was an awful experience a waste of money, and very stressfull, BEWARE OF THIS HOLIDAY COMPANY and also RESORT TAXIS.COM
