Hi. Me, my husband and my niece and nephew have just returned from a holiday that we booked through travel republic. Going from the airport to the hotel was fine. On Friday 5th October we called the reconfirmation number that was on our paperwork to ask what time we would be collected the following morning to be taken to the airport. We waited until 30 mins after the time we were told we would be picked up and my husband called them. He asked the receptionist at the hotel to speak as they were talking in Turkish and we were told that no one would be coming to get us as the company had gone bust and we would have to find our own way to the airport. I can't believe that they didn't tell us when I called the first time as they would have known. That no one would be picking us up. Can anyone give me some advice please?
