I was just wondering if when checking-in for a flight from Heathrow to Nairobi that was booked 'economy' what the chances are of upgrade to 'business' and how much to expect to pay ? Time would be late January and an overnight flight. Any ideas or experiences of this ?

You'll just have to ask on the day, it depends on the strength of bookings and availability on the flight. Don't expect it to be much cheaper, if any than booking in advance though.
