Thomson Airways have non-stop flights from MAN-GOI-MAN (TOM166/7) departing on the 1st Jan for £420 return, or the same flight on 9th Jan for £430. That's about as cheap as I can see. Monarch and Thomas Cook have flights on various dates from MAN at between £450-700. With a stop in the middle east, for example Qatar Airways via Doha, you're looking at £800 or so. Thomson might be your best bet while they're available but search around, you might find something cheaper.

Try http://www.charterflights.co.uk they show all the available charters. You can then try the operator direct to see if you can get it cheaper.
