So true Andy, it can be very demoralising makes you think about your wife's colleagues at the airport.
They know they will be slagged off even if their normal one hour each way turns into a three hour each way marathon. I think the moaning public followed by the moaning press makes things even worse than they are,
What's the point of making a superb and sometimes dangerous effort when the weather conditions are turning to black ice, for just more and more negative 'Britain at a standstill' press' no wonder folk give up.
