At the time we went into first choice we had chosen a different hotel in Cyprus till they had sold us this as it was suppose to be better for kids as it has kids club and water park and is open from 5th of April to 31st of Oct. So we went with that. After being sold this they changed the brochure, the waterpark times had changed, and kids club is closed until May after the time were there pretty pointless.
We have argued with the holiday company sending many emails and written complaints and they just seem to be fobbing us off saying its our fault and should have looked at the brochure more clearly but they're looking at the new brochure not the one we were sold the holiday out of. I know its not the hotels fault but First Choice should have updated their brochures sooner instead of selling me a holiday that was out of date.
I've had many families drop out of the wedding due to this. They have lost money through deposits and First Choice don't seem to care.
I do still have the original brochure that the holiday was sold from so they really can't get away with it but I need to know where I stand and what steps would be best to take next. Any help or info would be much appreciated.
