Probably nothing as we don't have the Euro anyway, we still have to change sterling to euros now and we would if we left the EU.
Can't see it happening anyway if the conventional parties stay in power neither of them have the bottle, certainly won't get out with a Labour Gov, guess the only chance of escape is UKIP, but parties that do well in Locals often don't in Nationals, so I guess your holidays are safe if that is your major concern

The only immediate change I would expect to see is possibly the introduction of visa charges for the remaining EU countries.
