Apologies if I've posted in the wrong section - first time poster, so please be kind!
Last night my partner and I booked a holiday through On the Beach with the starting date of the 15th of July 2013. However, on reading our confirmation email they've given us the starting date of the 12th of July

We called the helpline but after being held in a queue for a long time it got to 9PM when their help lines close so we've messaged them and await a reply.
I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience? We're certain that we picked the date of the 15th to fly out. Just looking for some re-assurance / advice really as the other-half was in tears last night as we'll struggle to afford any admin fees/charges incurred on top of the holiday.
