booked holiday with olympic, paid for 15kg hold allowance.
recieved tickets via email yesterday with states 20kg allowance.
flying with germania 26/9/13 from manchester.
question is do i have 15 or 20kg
i have also posted this on the tour operators and travel agents forum.
regards tracey
On Germania's website they state a 20KG allowance which is the amount that I would go by.
Could it mean 15 kilo hold and 5 kilo hand luggage??
Could be, though I doubt it as the Germania website states that 6kg hand luggage is allowed which would then mean only 14kg hold baggage.
You may want to check with the airline/TC for peace of mind as from what I understand Germania do not normally have regular flights out of Manchester but are just providing a dedicated plane for Olympic holidays to Greece..so there may be some special agreement about weight limits, though if 20kg is what your flight ticket says I would think that is the correct amount.
i thought the same as you, that if the ticket states 20kg than that is what you get.
have emailed olympic to see what they say.may have to contact germania also.
