Unfortunately I have to cancel my flights with Monarch, does any one have a designated contact address to cancel. They certainly make it difficult as if having to cancel due to my wife's illness is not enough.

also a contact us form

but personally I would ring the main switchboard in the first instance, and they will be able to put you through to the relevant department.

Thanks for these, but I think they have a dedicated email address, they don't pick up, you are in a queue etc at 10p a minute. I have filled in their contact form but no response..
MAN-RHO-MAN (MON3722/3) are normally operated by Boeing 757-200. They'll be withdrawn from the fleet at the end of the Summer 2014 season.
Darren
Thanks Darren
Can you tell me Birmingham to Sharm flying with Monarch ZB 472, is this a scheduled flight and in economy what are the seat inches please.
ZB flight prefixes are schedule flights. BHX-SSH-BHX (ZB472/3), subject to dates of travel, are operated by Airbus A321-200. Seat pitch and other aircraft information is on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).
Darren
Thank you Daz:-)
Do you know what aircraft will operate ZB682 / ZB683 Manchester to Alicante on 17 June 2014 and return on 24 June 2014. The SeatGuru website says A321 but Thomas Cook website (through whom booked a package) says B757-235. Any ideas?
Thanks for your help
Malchester,
Thanks again Darren for your helpful and speedy reply
Is there an updated link to the Monarch Explorer magazine? I seem to keep getting stuck on Jan / Feb 13.
has it changed its title now?
Yes. Thank you
This link still points to Autumn, and is dated September. Would that still be current for November / December?
Not much activity on the Monarch thread!!
Can anyone shed some light please on the seat configuration for the Monarch flights to Egypt.
Flight numbers ZB248 and 249 LGW to Sharm El Sheikh.
We are travelling as 2 adults, one 4year old and one infant and have booked the bigger seats but need to know which ones allow the arms rests to go up, allowing it kids to stretch out mid flight and which seats are no good.
Is it worth booking an extra seat so we can all sit together as 4?
I have reserved seats 1DEF but not sure if the arm rests go up...??
All help hugely appreciated!!
Welcome onboard
I can't comment on aircraft type and therefore configuration as you don't say when you are flying. If you can confirm your dates, I'll have a look for you. In the mean time, you'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below). whether to book extra legroom seats is personal preference. On some aircraft types where extra legroom seats are by exits, your 4 year old isn't permitted to occupy those seats (anyone under the age of 16).
Darren
We are flying 6th April and return 20th April.
The seats I've reserved are ok for kids, not emergency exit seats etc, think it is normally their premium section we are sat in but on this flight they don't provide that but charge for the extra leg room space.
Thanks for all your help so far!
