We are searching for a TOURING caravan site in France or Spain within 1/2 a mile of the beach (Mediterranean Sea)

Must have
Full service pitch with car parking
Disabled facilities
Wifi
pool and bar

prefarably with
TV point on pitch
entertainment

the site has to be 4* or greater BUT (here's the hard bit)
Site fees must be no greater than
12€95 a night
electricity 0€45c a Kw

this is what we have been quoted from the site we were on last year in Benidorm (Camping Arena Blanca) which has all those above amenities
